Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Fresno River Park

Second time staying at this place & loved every moment. Clean room, good breakfast, safe parking along with very professional, sincere & corteous service from Isaac, Tamica, Azia & the lady who was in charge of the breakfast facility. God bless ! Room 405 (11/26 - 11/28, 2025)

I’ve been staying here since it opened as a Fairfield by Marriott and it’s excellent. Issac and staff are always nice, professional, and helpful. The hotel is always well kept and very nice. Rooms are large, TV’s huge, and beds are comfortable. Free breakfast and parking a plus. Very safe and convenient location. My choice always when I’m working in Fresno.

I travel frequently for work, and this hotel consistently stands out. The rooms are very clean, the main lobby is inviting and well-suited for both work and relaxation, and the overall experience is excellent. Isaac at the front desk is among the friendliest and most accommodating staff members ever. His genuine warmth and exceptional service are the primary reasons my team and I keep returning time after time. Highly recommended.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and the highway. The staff is very polite and friendly, and they provide breakfast. The hotel features a gym, a pool, and a small business center. We enjoyed watching the July 4th fireworks from our room window. It is also close to Granite Park, where the July 4th fireworks and drone show happened. It's 2 hours to Yosemite and Sequoia and 2.5 hours to Santa Cruz. The cafeteria people were super kind and friendly. However, we encountered a couple of issues during our stay. When we complained that the exhaust fans in the bathrooms were not working, the front desk informed us that the hotel’s bathrooms do not have exhaust fans, which we found unusual. Our room's TV displayed another guest's name every two days. The front desk assured us it was a glitch. It is not a big issue, but for some reason, it made me feel that they gave us a room that was not assigned to us.

We’ve been staying at this Marriott for over a year now, and one of the biggest reasons our experience has been so consistently positive is because of Isaac at the front desk. From day one, Isaac has been nothing short of outstanding—always helpful, incredibly personable, and genuinely attentive to every detail. He goes above and beyond to make sure guests are comfortable and well taken care of, no matter the request. You can tell he truly cares about the people staying at the hotel, and it shows in everything he does; from his warm greetings to the way he ensures every need is met with a smile and without complaint. Isaac doesn’t just do his job—he elevates the entire guest experience. Marriott is lucky to have him, and we’re lucky to have had him as a constant during our time here. Thank you, Isaac!

We usually stay at the Springhill Suites across the street until Marriott recently took over this hotel and renovated. As of December it’s essentially brand new. Rooms are clean, well put together, and trendy. Minimalist design. I always get a 2 queen bed room and there is a huge wall mounted tv, microwave, mini fridge, desk for work, a closet and some drawers. Bathroom is nice, shower is spacious. It’s great if you’re in town for a couple days. Lots of food and shopping nearby. Parking is great, lots of spots right near the front entrance. It’s great for what it is. It’s more of a 4 star hotel but I’m giving it 5 to even out the previous unfair review.

Convenient location near Herndon and Hwy 41. Rooms are very clean. Breakfast buffet has limited selections, but very tasty. This has become our "go to" while visiting Fresno.

One of the BEST inns in Fresno by far. Perfect customer service and reasonable pricing. No rude interactions and the from desk man Issacc is a great employee of the company. 10/10 would come back. Keep up the great work!!
